Hello again!
Depression is immobility.
It’s heaviness.
It’s collapse.
It’s the nervous system conserving energy.
We don’t force positivity into that space.
But, we can gently invite micro-movements ~
Not transformation.
Not inspiration.
Just one small shift.
Sometimes that’s:
“Add one thing that helps this part survive.”
OR
“Show me what keeps this sadness in place.”
Micro-movements matter!
One miniature.
One re-positioned figure.
One new piece of sand touched.
That is neural change!

Hope doesn’t have to be loud.
Sometimes it’s a single green sprout in a winter tray.
And that’s enough.
