December 2025 Week 1

Happy December 1st!

Can you believe we’re just weeks away from saying farewell to 2025 and HELLO to 2026?!?! 

Time flies when you’re staying busy and having fun!

After discussing trauma themes last month and with the holiday season upon us now, I want to touch on the topic of healing & hope themes that show up in Sandtray.

The information I share in my video comes from the book “Partners in Play” by the amazing Terry Kottman, the founder of Adlerian Play Therapy!

In addition to Terry’s book, I’ve attached some supplemental materials that flow with the book and include a cheat sheet at the end! This is a great resource for all therapists, especially those who work with kiddos!!
