Good Morning Roomie!

Now today’s training video is a good one, Carmen + I talk about legacy and responsibility burdens: the definitions, how it impacts us across generations, and how we can best face it all.

Carmen has a couple of books that focus on feelings, helping children in play therapy learn how to identify and process all the different feelings we feel as human beings.
