For the second week of May, we will be providing you a detailed outline of Beth's video. We don't want you to miss all the important info she provided! This will be a PDF that will be available for download.

We will be providing you this week a copy of a Wellness Wheel as well as a little challenge to go along with it. Stay tuned!
