And just like that, we're almost 2 full months into 2025...

What a journey it's already been roomies!! Let's keep up the amazing work!

I want to point something out that Stasia mentioned in our video - she talked about how us as therapists can take our clients only so far as we've gone ourselves.

This is such a powerful statement on the importance of taking care of ourselves and doing the internal work for our personal selves first, that then ultimately benefits all our clients for the better!

It starts within us.

Such good stuff!!
